Cheryl has worked in the nail industry for over 12 years. After working in local salons gaining a wealth of experience, Cheryl has gone from strength to strength since the opening of her own salon ‘Cheryl’s Tan ‘n’ Talons’ in 2003. Her success lies in the combination of a relaxing and personal atmosphere, excellent customer care and beautiful looking nails!
Cheryl is certified as a Creative Master Nail Technician and is looking to achieve her ‘Grand Master’ Qualification with the Creative Nail Academy.

Cheryl’s Tan ‘n’ Talons offers a professional nail service using only the highest quality products, from the exclusive ‘Creative Nail Design Range’ applied by highly skilled technicians. Nail extension, overlay or enhancement treatments are available in gel and liquid and powder. Liquid and powder nails are applied using exclusive Retention + liquid and Perfect colour powder.
Creative Brisa products are used for gel nail enhancements. The gel is non-toxic, non-odour, hypoallergenic and as strong as liquid and powder.
High quality Creative solar oil and Creative Spa lotions are used for a professional finish.

Nail Extensions
(available in gel/ liquid and powder)
Beautiful natural looking gel enhancements, available in forever French or enamel of your choice. These suit short nails and nail biters!
Sculptured Nail Enhancements (gel)
Ideal if you have a little length on your natural nail but want more. A ‘form’ is used to sit under the natural nail. Gel is then sculptured on and cured. The form is then removed, leaving the gel. NO tips are used. Available in French or colour finish.
Liquid and powder/ Gel overlays
If you have long nails and want to keep them that way then overlays are for you. Product is applied onto the natural nail in clear or Forever French, giving the nail a strong overlay to prevent splitting and breakage.
The Retention + liquid and Perfect Colour powder formulation is available in ‘Clear’, ‘Pink’, ‘Flawless Pink’, ‘White’ and ‘Soft White’ for the treatments detailed. Creative Brisa Gel is available in ‘Clear’, ‘Pink’, ‘White’ and ‘Soft White’ for the treatments detailed.
Infills/ Rebalance
Every 2-3 weeks an infill rebalance is required to keep your nails strong and looking at their best.
Finger/ Toe Nail Art
Hand painted, beautiful nail art that will astound you, from very simple to more detailed or seasonal designs. 100’s of gems, dried flowers, crushed shells, bullion, pearls etc. are available to create your unique look.
Creative Spa Manicure/ Deluxe Manicure
The deluxe includes heated mitts. A manicure to have your natural nails treated and looking at their best. This relaxing treatment includes nails reshaped, soak, dead skin removed from the cuticle area, arm and hand massage, enamel and topcoat.
Nail treatments are available to buy, for you to do at home between your appointments.
Creative Spa Pedicure/ Deluxe Pedicure
The deluxe includes heated booties. Your feet will feel and look beautiful, A relaxing foot soak, exfoliation, massage and toe nail enamel. Toenail art is available.
Re-shape and Enamel
Natural nails re-shaped, base coat, French or colour enamel, topcoat and finish with Solar Speed.
Soak off/ File off Treatment
Product is gently removed. Natural nails are treated and mini manicure is available. Finished with enamel and topcoat.
Tanning and Beauty treatments.
The tanning system uses an ultrafast 200 watt vertical tanning unit. Available to use as individual sessions, or a variety of courses to suit different needs and skin types.
Guidelines for using sun-beds are strictly adhered to.
Cheryl’s Tan ‘n’ Talons also retails a wide range of Creative and tanning products to buy in the salon. These include Creative solar Oil, Creative Solar Butter and Creative Solar Silk, ‘Scentsations’ hand creams and ‘Scentsations’ bath products. Tanning creams are available to purchase, (tingle, non-tingle, bronzer, non-bronzer, etc.) as well as retail fake tanning creams and sprays.
Beauty treatments include waxing and eyebrow shaping and tinting, Facials to suit all skin types with optional face, neck and shoulder massage.
